Hello Folks, Our products are handmade, handcrafted and may have certain irregularities in the pattern which only adds to its beauty. We try to stay accurate to the true colors of our fabrics, however colors of the products may slightly vary due to screen calibrations and photography. At PALETTES OF INDIA every product that you order undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that you receive accurate measurements and damage free products. It is quite rare that you will receive a damaged or defective product. Hence any product purchased on our website dose not qualify for any returns unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and / or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to info@palettesofindia.com within 48 hours of its receipt with snapshot of the defect and we gladly accept your returned product for exchange with any other products on the website only if the product is unused and with original product tag. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery , please refuse to accept the package & return the package to the delivery person. Also, please mail us at info@palettesofindia.com mentioning your Order ID. Please note that products bought on sale cannot be returned unless damaged.

Following are the terms & conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return policy. 1 ) Your orders means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to provide fast, secure and reliable delivery services for all of our products. 2 ) ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ! On all Domestic orders. No Minimum's. 3 ) We ship worldwide ! For international orders shipping costs will be added to your total charges. Shipping charges may vary with location and order value. 4 ) Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days of order placement & we ship via reputed national couriers with tracking. 5 ) Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday to Saturday : 9 am to 7 pm. Working days excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions & strikes. 6 ) As soon as your packages ships, we will email you your package tracking information. 7 ) Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed price except Octroi / Customs , if applicable in your region.

Shipping charges are calculated as on actual as provided by the courier company , we use reputed courier agencies to ensure timely delivery and the shipped items won't have any Transit insurance. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by writing to us at info@palettesofindia.com , provided the order hasn't been shipped. Once your order is found eligible for cancellation by our team we will issue a credit voucher redeemable on www.palettesofindia.com within 60 days.
